Automated Check-In / Out Process

Capable to handle almost all check-in/out and walk-in guests including personal verification process and assignment of encoded keycards. All transaction data is synced with your hotel PMS at the real time.

Integration With Operation Systems

We will endeavour to offer comprehensive integration with the hotel management systems in order to enable real-time system communication. This allows seamless and stressless check-in/out process.

Multi-Language Support

Standard display languages & Voice guidance are available in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Japanese, Chinese. You may add-on other languages too! Avoid misunderstandings caused by language barrier and make your guest's check-in/out experience to a pleasant one.

Support Various Payment Modes

Kiosk collects fees via various payment modes such as Credit Card, Debit Card, E-wallets (e.g. Alipay, Grabpay, Touch n'go, Boost, etc) and even by cash if you install cash recycling machine. Seamless payment process saves your staff and guest time.

Back Office Management & Reports

Monitoring of kiosk operation status and configuration setting can be done with controller PC at your back office. You can switch the kiosk to business mode/ change functions, check quantity of keycards, guest information, payment history, transaction report, etc.
